It will cost N1000 to back-up your sim card for the first year,
and thereafter an Annual fee of N500 will be required to keep your
membership active. This does not cover charges for the use of our
SMS facility.

THE SERVICE?
You can make payment (you must collect a receipt for your payment)
directly to any of our marketers just before he or she backs up
your sim card, or you may visit any of our offices/contact points...

STORED IN THE PHONEBOOK ON MY HANDSET?
The device will not extract the numbers stored on the actual phone,
only those stored on the SIM Card. In order for us to backup these
numbers you will have to transfer the numbers on your phone to your
SIM Card (Not supported by all phones), then we can back them up.

Not at all because your address book on our website has been designed
to be very user friendly with clearly designated columns for name,
mobile number(s), office number, home number etc. In addition, the
use of a keyboard for inputting numbers as against using keypads
on the conventional mobile phone makes data entry a lot faster and

of times you can subsequently back up or update your numbers with

your user name and password and your address book will open, giving
you access to all your numbers.
HOW DO I GET MY
NUMBERS IF MY SIM CARD IS LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN?
Simply visit any of our office/ contact points...Contact
us supply your user name, password and original receipt and
in a few minutes have your contacts restored unto your SIM Card.
Alternatively you can do it manually from your online phone book
without coming to us.
WHAT WILL IT COST
TO RESTORE MY NUMBERS?
It is free if you do it yourself on line. However if you restore
from any of our office/contact points it will be done within 24hrs
and it will cost N1000
CAN I HAVE ALL
MY CONTACTS RESTORED IMMEDIATELY?
Yes, but your SIM Card can store approximately 250 names and numbers
at a time. This means that in a case where you have more than 250
contacts stored in your on line address book, you will have to decide
and highlight the numbers you want restored to your SIM Card. Once
you do this they will be restored immediately while all your numbers
are still safely backed up in your Online address book with us.
CAN I BACKUP MY
SMS?

SMS Online, thereby creating more space for messages on your mobile
phone. It gives you the flexibility of viewing, editing, deleting
or sending this message(s) to any or all of your online contacts.
